Some of you might know this area by its full name, East Luther Grand Valley. In the 90’s, the Village of Grand Valley and the East Luther Township amalgamated to form one municipality known East Luther Grand Valley. The name was formerly shortened in 2012 to the Town of Grand Valley.
It has been said that this beautiful town is know as “Nature’s Playground”, and rightly so. If you enjoy adventure, living in Grand Valley is going to be a paradise. Aside from the incredible beauty, you can enjoy fishing in the Grand River, hiking and biking, horse back riding and more! The Luther Marsh is another must see for leisure activities and enjoying the sights.
Grand Valley is made up of amazing communities and a historic downtown area which offers niche stores and welcoming restaurants. Unfortunately, Grand Valley is not under the protection of the greenbelt and has as such see quite a bit of urban development over the last number of years.
